The Egyptian and Indian naval forces started on Wednesday maritime training on the northern fleet of the Mediterranean Sea during the visit of Indian ship, Ins-Tarkash, to the port of Alexandria and in conjunction with the Egyptian frigate, Damietta.
This came within the framework of the General Command of the armed forces to strengthen military and cooperation relations with all friendly countries.
The Indian naval ship, Tarkash, arrived in Alexandria on June 28 for a three-day visit to participate in the Western Fleet Overseas Deployment training programme, according to a statement issued by the Indian navy. Read More…
