Safran Offers Military Aaero Engines for LCA and AMCA Program

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on his tour of the French multinational Safran manufacturing facility for the state of the art M88 engines fitted in the Rafale jets acquired by India was given a presentation for transfer of military aero-engine design capabilities to India’s GTRE. Safran aircraft engines have offered co-development proposals of aero-engines using the latest technologies for the LCA and AMCA programs and have proposed Kaveri and INFRA proposals to develop and produce engine totally under ” Made in India ” and customized to the aircraft needs.
