Lt Col Akshat Upadhyay

Lt Col Akshat Upadhyay is a serving officer in the Indian Army. He is a prolific writer and has published a number of papers in national and international publications. He has written for the Times of India, Hindustan Times, Hindu, Tribune, Daily Guardian, CLAWS, IDSA, Indian Military Review and ORF. He has also published a book on India's coercive diplomacy under the nuclear overhang.
