Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Bipin Rawat visited Spear Corps at Dimapur, Kohima and Headquarter Eastern Command, Kolkata, on November 7 and 8.
The General had detailed discussion with senior military and civil officials including chairman Cease Fire Monitoring Group and Nagaland Governor RN Ravi on the security situation along the borders.
