On birthday, Manohar Parrikar recalls his Myanmar moment

AT HIS 65th birthday celebrations here, that included a public felicitation ceremony, Manohar Parrikar reiterated that as Defence Minister he had given a clear mandate to the defence forces to “not be killed”.
