Cdr Milind Kulshreshtha (Retd.) is a Strategic Analyst with expertise in C4I systems. He undertook the ab-initio design, development and successful onboard deployment of the first of the indigenous Naval Combat Management systems (CMS) for modern warships. He holds the expertise in Joint Warfare C4I algorithms pertaining to Combat Warfare modules and Threat Assessment. He has worked extensively on the Multi-Platform Multi Sensor Data Fusion(MPMSDF) solutions, Automatic Threat Evaluation and Target Classification systems as part of the Naval C4I projects.
