Lt Gen AV Subramanian (Retd)
The General was a member of the Committee of Experts for amendments to DPP 2013 including formulation of Policy framework. Prior to his superannuation on Mar 14, he was the Director General of Weapons and Equipment at IHQ (Army). He has been involved in indigenous defence technology development.
