Maj Gen Ashok Kumar (Retd). A veteran of Kargil War and has operational exposure to most parts of the LAC. He commanded a brigade in the Sumdorong Chu area which had witnessed a major Chinese incursion in 1986-87. Currently, he is a Defence Analyst and a Visiting Fellow at CLAWS.
