Defence Minister Rajnath Singh witnessed multi-agency and multi-nation Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) Exercise PANEX 21 in Pune on Tuesday. The exercise for Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical and Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) member nations was organised at the College of Military Engineering in the city.
