Three prerequisites for succes in the order of priority; firstly vision, secondly knowledge and finally hardwork. In our case we start by working hard and gain some knowledge. But where is the vision?

India gave China 13 year lead in ushering economic reforms and today they seem to be 25 years ahead of us. How long will we wait for military reforms?
