Indian JV With Moscow Offers BrahMos Cruise Missile to Russia’s Aerospace Force

The BrahMos Aerospace Russian-Indian joint venture is awaiting a decision from Russia’s Aerospace Force to acquire the JV’s air-launched cruise missile, JV Director from Russia Alexander Maksichev told TASS at the MAKS-2021 international air show on Wednesday.

“We have offered our missile to the Russian Aerospace Force. Now it is up to decision-makers to make up their minds on its acquisition,” he said in response to a question about the prospects for the BrahMos missile to be purchased by the Russian military. Read More…
