The DPP 2016 was released during the course of DefExpo Goa in March, 2016. It stated in its preamble that it’s a dynamic document that would continue to evolve as we apply its processes and progress acquisition. With almost a year of the document having been released and the environment having had the time to evaluate its effect on the acquisition process, it’s time to undertake a review.
