Commodore Odakkal Johnson (Retd), PhD, is a maritime scholar and mentor and he was Director Maritime History Society from May 2015 to Aug 2021. He is a naval veteran with 34 years of distinguished service and author of the book “Timeless Wake : The Legacy of Royal Indian Navy during World War II”.
