Fu Ying is chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress of China and chairperson of the Academic Committee of the National Institute of Global Strategy at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
She presents the Chinese perspective on the North Korean Nuclear Issue. The paper was published by the John L. Thornton China Center of The Brookings Institute in May 2017.
